WHEN TO RESERVE A BOAT IN AIX LES BAINS?

The boat rental season in Aix-les-Bains usually starts in April-May and ends in November. The water temperature in the middle of summer rises to over 20 degrees. It is very pleasant. In the low season, we have neoprene wetsuits available for wakeboard, water ski and stimmel rentals. To book a boat on weekends in Savoie, we suggest you to call 15 days in advance. Saturdays and Sundays are in high season splendid days for families and friends to enjoy water sports. During the week, we organize company seminars and exceptional private cruises. A deposit at the time of booking allows us to block the time slot and the boat. 

WHAT TO SEE DURING A BOAT CRUISE IN AIX LES BAINS?  

The cote sauvage is certainly the most beautiful spot of the Lac du Bourget. Accessible only by lake, the côte sauvage inspires calm and makes the spirit travel. When renting a boat in Aix les bains, we ask you to respect the speed limit for sailing around the côte sauvage: 5 knots. In other words, towing water skis and wakeboards along the wild coast is forbidden. You can anchor close to the banks thanks to the anchor and also enjoy the view of Hautecombe Abbey, the bay of Grésine, Bourdeau and Châtillon area in the north of the lake.

For your discovery of the Savière canal, we strongly advise against visiting during high season. The nautical traffic in the canal is very important. Canoes, paddleboats, cruising boats and pleasure boats invite you to maneuver constantly. The banks of the canal being sometimes narrow, the maneuvers for the captain are stressful and difficult with our large capacity boats.
