A very warm welcome from Mat! We cycled 70 km around the lake, taking in the scenery, the village of Chanaz and Hautecombe Abbey… Definitely worth a visit!

One day we rented one 2 seated kayak for the day. We crossed the lake (about 30 minutes) and went to explore the wild part of the lake. It was great ! There is a small pebble beach very quiet and plenty of little coves and rocks where you can stop for a snack, or to relax or for swimming. It was a great experience!
Another day we rented two electric hybrid bikes. We went to Chambéry. It was excellent. There are plenty of quiet spots for swimming on the lake part of the drive. There is a fully secure cycle path up to Chambéry with a lot of shade. We had a great day !
