You will be lulled by the lapping of the water while listening to the centering that balance requires.

It is in this fabulous setting, on the shores of Lac du Bourget with the mountains as a backdrop, that you will feel the harmony and well-being that this discipline provides.

Accessible to all under the only condition of knowing how to swim, you will begin the session on the ground, with some asanas (sequence of movements on the breath).

Standing or kneeling to begin, you will leave the land to feel the glide and let yourself be carried by the water.

The postures are chained according to the capacities of each one and the time to take your bearings.
